Return and Refund Policy


TECH TONIC INDIA , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy as follows:


Return Policy:

- We accept returns within 2 days of the delivery date for eligible items.(electronic &electric items not returnable)After delivery, to raise any dispute related to order please makes sure

  • The dispute should be raised with in 48 hours after receipt of the shipment.
  • Parcel opening video is mandatory for damaged or missing goods complaint or to raise any complaint related to goods. One single video is required.
  • Close images of damaged products are mandatory to process claim.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

- Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as personal care items, perishable goods, and customized or electronic and personalized items. "Please check the product" description for return eligibility.


Refund Policy:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Return Process:

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue for you. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect in order to process a refund or replacement.
